Instructions
YouTube allows you to upload videos, which can then be added to our site.
Here are the steps:
- Watch these instructions on how to use your web camera to upload a video statement.
- When you record your video, state your name, what organization or government office your are with if any, and why you'd like to see films made in Delaware.
- Use the Send Video link to email it to: iwantto@bringfilmtodelaware.com
